Please send your available consultant for the requirement mentioned below. * * *Position: **Senior User Experience Designer Analyst* *Duration**: 6+ months* *Location :** Portland, OR* *Repsonsibility:* · Design and conduct user research regarding applications including user profiles, personas, field observation, and surveys. · Collaborate with other members of the design teams to ensure user needs and business process requirements are incorporated into system design solutions. · Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors · Conduct user interface reviews and usability testing. Prepare evaluation documents. · Facilitate SME discussions. · Mentor less senior analysis teammates in usability skills and interaction design. · Participate in a self-directed team environment. Collaborate with team members on business requirements and solutions. · Communicate critical, high-risk, advanced and/or cross-functional design and solutions to project SMEs inside and outside the organization. · Communicate and document system design to the business in business relevant language. · Contribute to style guide and user experience pattern library *Required*: · Bachelors degree in behavioral science, human factors, human computer interaction, instructional design, technical communication, educational psychology or the equivalent combination of education and experience. *Masters degree and/or certifications in usability desired. * · *5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role, with at least 2 years at a senior level focused on developing forward-thinking UX solutions* · Experience creating conceptual sketches, wireframes, visual design comps, multiple design assets, and prototypes as a UX Designer, Interactive Designer, or *HCI Designer* on highly complex projects. · 2+ years of experience implementing software through an *Agile process * · A portfolio demonstrating superior* design skills* and deliverables from a user-centered design process · Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides · Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization · Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations · Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs · Solid *technical writing and editing skills.* · Ability to establish business relationships and work effectively with business and client contacts in a dynamic self directed team based environment.
