Role: Transformational Coach with 10-12 years of Project Management
experience

Location: There are 4 locations for this requirement. It will be either in
Wilmington, DE (OR) Lewisville, TX (OR) Jersey City, NJ (OR) Columbus, OH.
Candidate must be willing to travel to all the locations as per the
customer needs.

Duration: 6+ Months

There are 4 locations for this requirement. It will be either in

*Transformational Coaches*

*• 10-12 years of Project Management experience*

*• 4-5 years proven success coaching teams to adopt Agile methodologies*

*• Facilitated 2+ Agile Transformation engagements*



Qualifications

• Expert practitioner of Scrum

• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship building skills

• Provide high-touch and hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching

• Contribute to the ongoing Agile Play book development

• Partner with Scrum Masters to identify and support opportunities to
increase team maturity

• Draft and maintain training materials, collect and collate feedback from
training sessions

• Perform ongoing assessments of the teams' Scrum maturity to inform
ongoing support

• Partner with Product Owners to ensure vision, roadmap and personas are
well-defined and understood and to develop user stories

• Guide scrum masters on becoming better at facilitation and focusing teams
on completing tasks

• Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Atlassian tools -- JIRA,
Confluence)

• Coaching experience at a Fortune 500 (large size) organization highly
desirable
