application development.

to design and develop new capabilities using Java/.Net/VB

• Perform requirements gathering and analysis, systems design,
development, documentation, testing and integration

• Build and maintain relationship with internal customers

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational
opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal
networks; participating in professional organizations.

• Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting

Specific skills and demonstrated experience is required for the following:

? Programming in scripting language in a Microsoft environment (ASP.NET,
VB.NET, Powershell, C#)

? Working with relational databases

? Experience with database systems preferably Microsoft SQL. Experience
with Informix and Oracle and/or DB2 a plus but not required

? Experience with various web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, AJAX, etc.)

? Experience in development for mobile technologies

? Familiarity with Linux

? Creating nested expressions similar to Excel formulas

? Ability to learn organizational procedures and tools quickly
