*Position  : Technical Delivery Manager (CRM)*

*Location  : Foster City, CA*

*Duration : 6-12 months*

*Responsibilities:*

·         Serve as onsite lead for production support operations and
bi-monthly maintenance release delivery, coordinating efforts for a team of
8 resources, 7 of which are located offshore.  Perform incident
triage/troubleshooting.

·         Coordinate onshore/offshore support efforts.  Serve as technical
architect for bi-monthly maintenance releases.  Ensure quality/completeness
of team deliverables.

·         Report status on a daily/weekly basis to client leadership team.



*Required:*

·         Deep functional and technical knowledge of Siebel CRM, CRM
onDemand, CRM Self-Service(Siebel front end), and OBIEE Analytics.

·         Must have deep hands-on technical experience working with Siebel
including multiple design-build-run implementations, which will be put to
use in QA for the work of the offshore team, in hands-on troubleshooting
some of the more critical production issues as they arise, and also in
planning/architecting maintenance releases.

·         Experience leading a globally distributed service delivery team
required, with applicable experience navigating support/enhancement/upgrades
in a large corporate environment.

·         Candidates should possess a solid understanding of best practices
for balancing workload across geographic regions while maintaining 100%
control over open service tickets.

·         Excellent communications skills and client management skills
required - ability to work closely with both project team and client
leadership.

·         This resource will essentially be responsible for timeliness and
quality of all technical services, providing coaching/mentoring to more
junior team members when needed.

·         Will be expected to be the 'go-to guy' on the team for operations
issues at all times.

·         Will report directly to the engagement manager.



*Preferred:*

·         Understanding of ITIL and standard production support
processes/procedures a major plus.

·         Experience with J2EE a major plus for working with the Siebel CRM
Self-service application.

·         PowerPoint and Excel skills are a plus for client messaging, and
would be useful for weekly and monthly status reporting
