*MOI : Telephonic followed by Skype*

*QA Tester strong in Message Broker IIB Version 10*



Requirements

* Agile/Waterfall exp.

* Looking for 3-5 years of QA experience, and leadership in the fact that
this person will be in charge of estimations, knowing cost/time; also will
potentially be assisting manager with budgeting and planning

* The team tests our clients applications, does testing updates, works
closely with application development team, test apps after releases,
working with end users as well as directors and programmers

* Needs good communication skills both written and verbal

* Be able to write and analyze test plans, test scenarios, cubes,
dashboards,. Etc

* 80% manual, 20% automation; they are adopting selenium (this is just a
plus)

Position is responsible for developing/maintaining/executing test cases and
test plans, maintaining and adding to existing automation framework,
evaluation of test cases for inclusion in regression, automation of newly
integrated features, evaluating product quality, analyzing and
communicating test results, defect tracking and validate performance
capabilities  Person will also work closely with developers and other QA
engineers to create and enforce good quality assurance practices.
