O&G experience is not required. They will be interacting with IT PM’s and managers – approx. 15 people. * - *Will take part in presentations, but will not be leading. * - *The person will provide guidance for the upgrade projects. * - *System implementation, hands-on experience in administering systems and documenting business or system requirements are a must. * - *Microsoft Project, Oracle Financial and/or Power Plant experience is preferred but not required. There will be no per diem or relocation expenses covered for this role if candidate is not local. * - *1st round interviews: 30 minute phone screen. 2nd round interview: onsite in Tulsa * *Summary: The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to lead be the Subject Matter Expert on a project to upgrade the PPM Module of ServiceNow to the most recent release (Helsinki) and provide process improvement expertise on configuration and utilization of the tool. * *Responsibilities:* *• Work on SN PPM Upgrade project as a project team member* *• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs* *• Review technology utilization with regards to network communications, data management, and financial reporting* *• Work with project team and stakeholders to measure current performance and identify improvement opportunities that positively impact the Client’s strategy. Provide insight and expertise on effective business processes to project team and stakeholders.* *• Validate value of given process improvement opportunities and recommend options for realizing benefits of potential opportunities* *• Perform cost estimating, scoping, and scheduling for the SN PPM Upgrade projects. Where Information Management systems are part of the project, the role is accountable for scoping and scheduling of IM system tasks.* *• Develop a plan for and leads business people through the process of converting and loading data from the existing SN PPM implementation into the upgraded system - including validation of data loads. Work closely with technical resources to ensure quality of data loads.* *• Develop a plan and leads business people through the process of defining releases, getting releases tested and handed over to the implementation team. Ensure that release notes are created and distributed to all parties - including training. Works closely with technical resources to ensure that schedule is met.* *• Identify risks to project cost and execution (including risks to Information Management task completion) and insures stakeholders are informed and aware of these risks. Accountable for development of risk mitigation strategies and - with project Steering team approval - implement mitigation strategies.* *Education/Experience:* *• Prior experience with ServiceNow PPM implementation required. * *• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
