7+ years of experience

   ** Strong programming expertise in Java, NIO.*

   ** Expert in Java NIO and Concurrency(multi threading).*

   ** Knowledge of JVM Internals, GarbageCollection.*

   + Experience with application servers like Jetty, JBoss or Tomcat

   * Exposure to S3 Storage is plus

   * Experience with relational databases such as Oracle.

   * Should have a strong UNIX background. Needs to be comfortable writing
   Unix shell scripts.

   * Should be able to profile and performance tune JVM sockets, threads,
   GC parameters.
