GUACAMOLE-40

Hello guacamole team,
I was hoping a long time that you will reply for Rodrigo's last comment,
I'm having the same difficulty that he describes,
after right settings and applying Michael's patched freerdp source,
guacamole wont let me connect behind that gateway (which i'v tested with
freerdp that i can connect),
could that be issue with self-signed certificate on rdp gw?
