Maybe look at your logs on both Windows and guacd and see if there's any indication why the shared drive is being disconnected? Also, this may be a simple point, and may seem obvious, but I'll make it, anyway - the Shared Drive will only be connected so long as the RDP connection from Guacamole is connected - if the Guacamole connection is dropped or list, the Shared Drive will also get disconnected, because it is tied to the RDP connection itself. However, while the RDP session is active from Guacamole, the shared drive should consistently work. -Nick >

Is there a case where it has been reported what I mention next: There is a connection which is configured with a share drive by example (/tmp directory). When the user takes this connection they can see it as a disk unit in Windows where they can deposit files and interchange with their physical computer. But suddenly this disk unit is lost or dissapear and it is recovered till the RDP is reinitiated. This happens with Guacamole v1.4 and OS Debian 11.
