Hello, Possible , sorry I don't know. Issue was originally submitted with this character then a japanese user said he was also facing issue, so I supposes it was a japenese one. Google translation accepted character as japanese but I am absolutely not sure it is. ( hope I didn't hurt anybody). I think Japanese or Korean people may also use the word to express something like Western people use Latin words to express something unusual.
