I have also tried Karaf 3.0.2... The view gets populated so it seems to be a
4.x issue, but in both installations and cannot add or activate any features
to OSGi start configurations. Have a look to the screenshot.

I have just installed Apache Karaf EIK on Eclipse Luna SR2

ECF 3.9.3 released

Hi Folks,

ECF 3.9.3 has been released [1-3].  This was a maintenance/bug fix 
release, but in addition to the release there have recently been several 
notable community contributions via our github repositories:


Remote Services for Runtime Management [4]
A distribution provider using websockets transport [5]
A distribution provider using MQTT transport [6]
A discovery provider based upon etcd [7]

ECF provides a fully-compliant but lightweight and modular 
implementation of OSGi R6 Remote Services/Remote Service Admin 
specifications.
