Karaf Jenkins builds SNAPSHOT nightly and push on Apache SNAPSHOT
repository:

https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/karaf/apache-karaf/4.2.1-SNAPSHOT/

Snapshot are available on the Jenkins :

https://builds.apache.org/view/K/view/Karaf/

You can download build in the Karaf :: Assemblies :: Default
Distribution module.

releng process?   I understand that 4.2.1 is imminent, but if possible I 
would like to verify a bug fixed in 4.2.1 without having to build things 
myself.
