[Neo4j] Impact of neo4j upgrade on databases

Hi All,

When shifting to a new release of neo4j, is there anything that needs to be 
done to migrate current databases created under the previous version?

Chris,
normally there is no problem, but of course it depends on how old your
store is. What Neo4j version are you using right now?
