Works for me (on our test Moodle + OM next), Moodle 3.0 and 3.4

The only thing was done was
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENMEETINGS-1805
Additionally there were changes to the plugin, but it can't cause such error

Could you enable debug log level and check what is wrong?

It should be something with OM 4.0.2

I test it with OM 4.0.1 and the same Moodle and it is working

 Hi everyone, im having problems connecting moodle with OM.I launched a
brand new OM server, last version, and the same moodle installation,
version 3.4 and now i just keep on getting this error.Error While signing
