Yeah phone browsers only search for front and back cameras however you can use android studio emulator then select a web camera https://developer.android.com/studio/run/managing-avds#hpproperties " Later, you can use a webcam or a photo provided by the emulator to simulate taking a photo with the camera." I am frightened that the access to an USB-Cam is another way as to an internal camera. Have anybody an idea?
