Hi sir,
I have some soubts in om..
1. On creating new room via calendar i have seen
Room types, they are
       a) conferenence (1-25 users)  - is it 25 - max allowed users, is all
users got whiteboard video audio facility?   //This type is corresponding
to "public conference room" which you can make modification by admin account.
// All you need to do is click "Administration"->"Conference rooms" . I
believe all users in this room got whiteboard video audio facility by default
  b) restricted (1 - 150 users)- is it 150 - max allowed users, is all
users got whiteboard video audio facility?   //This type is corresponding
to "public Restricted room". Default number of users is 100 and you can make
modifications.   //all users in this room got whiteboard video audio
facility by default
   c) interview 1:1 meeting with recording    //This type is
corresponding to "public Interview room".
and notification type
iCal email, simple mail, do not send notification - what this mean?
//When you enter the room as a "moderator", click the button "you need choose
the user for this video"   //depends on which notification method you set
when created the room, system will send a notification email, either iCal email
or simple email, or no notification email will be sent.
