Yes, it does mean that. We repackage
piccolo (so you can use a newer version if youd like) and then include
it as part of xbean.jar. You do not need to do anything to get the advantages
of Piccolo.

By default, XMLBeans synchronizes all
required entrances per store, unless you use XmlOptions.setUnsynchronized()
when creating a new store with Factory.parse() or Factory.newIstance().
