2021-09-21 Thread Zoran Regvart
Hi Cameleers,
We have awesome two days starting today at ApacheCon, the Integration
track featuring plethora of Camel content starts today!

Have a look at the schedule:
https://www.apachecon.com/acah2021/tracks/integration.html (make note
of the times, they're in UTC)

If you still haven't you can register (for free!) and attend this
online-only conference here:
https://hopin.com/events/apachecon-2021-home

At the end of the scheduled sessions we'll have a Birds of a Feather
(BoF) slot where we can meet and discuss anything Camel or Integration
related.

See you there!

Hi Cameleers,
A quick reminder that ApacheCon @Home 2021, a free and online
conference is happening next week from 21st till 23rd of September. So
if you haven't already register at:

Specifically for folk interested in Camel, this year again we have the
Integration track on Wednesday, September 22nd and Thursday,
September 23rd. Do have a look at the published schedule at:

https://www.apachecon.com/acah2021/tracks/integration.html

And make a note of the times which are all in UTC, and the schedule
page offers a link to the timeanddate.com which will offer it in your
timezone.

At the end of each day we'll have the Birds of a Feather sessions
(BoF), where we can meet and have conversations around Integration
topics, so stick around for that.

ApacheCon@Home

2020-07-03 Thread Zoran Regvart
Hi Cameleers,

We are pleased to announce that ApacheCon 2020[1] will be held online,
September 29th through October 1st, 2020.

If you wish to present at the event please submit your talk proposal
for the Camel/Integration track when at ApacheCon 2020 website no
later than Monday, July 13th by noon in the UTC timezone. Please do
not wait for the last minute to submit.

We are most interested to see talks that offer a learning experience
to the attendees, so talks that present new parts of the Camel
ecosystem (Camel K, Camel Quarkus, Camel Kafka Connector), talks
showing off lessons learned, use cases, and visions on where software
integration is heading in the future. We also welcome talk proposals
on other projects in the software integration space.

Attend for free or a small donation to the Apache Software Foundation,
to register, go to the Hopin registration page. Here are some of the
reasons why you should attend:

 - learn about the latest in Apache Camel and the software integration space,
 - get a chance to interact, ask questions and influence roadmaps in
the participant lead discussions, or at the panel on the future of
software integration
 - you can, if you wish to do so, present a 10-minute lightning talk
(no need to submit one now as we will gather lightning talks at the
conference)
 - the conference is free to attend and online, no need for pesky
traveling or expense reimbursements
 - celebrate the Apache Camel and the wider Apache Software Foundation community

If you prefer to read this online we have a blog post[2], or on Twitter[3]

See you there!

Announcing ApacheCon @Home 2020

2020-06-29 Thread Rich Bowen

Hi, Apache enthusiast!

(You’re receiving this because you’re subscribed to one or more dev or
user mailing lists for an Apache Software Foundation project.)

The ApacheCon Planners and the Apache Software Foundation are pleased to
announce that ApacheCon @Home will be held online, September 29th
through October 1st, 2020. We’ll be featuring content from dozens of our
projects, as well as content about community, how Apache works, business
models around Apache software, the legal aspects of open source, and
many other topics.

Full details about the event, and registration, is available at
https://apachecon.com/acah2020

Due to the confusion around how and where this event was going to be
held, and in order to open up to presenters from around the world who
may previously have been unable or unwilling to travel, we’ve reopened
the Call For Presentations until July 13th. Submit your talks today at
https://acna2020.jamhosted.net/

We hope to see you at the event!
