Not start ssvm & cpvm

I am using truenas storage server with two nfs share, *primary *state is 
UP and *secondary *Access ReadWrite is ok, but my ssvm and cpvm not 
properly running.

   2.  Stop the SSVM/CPVM

Unable to create Instance from user account

domain. Then I login using this account. This account permission is 
domain admin.  I try to create Instance but failed action.
