When you add the template you are asked to provide the OS type (centos, 
debian etc), in that field scroll down until you see Other PV.
The FreeBSD has paravirtual drivers enabled, as such it requires VirtIO 
devices, hence Other PV..

You make your own and import them into CloudStack. There is an initiative
to create some community ones available for download, but I don't believe
they're available yet.
