As Daan suggested, check your management server log. Per a previous thread
you started, you only have 6 hosts - do you have enough resources for 100
VMs?

What kind of network is your secondary storage hooked up with?  Is it possible 
you caused a dos by trying to have 100 VMs copy their templates/isos from it at 
once?

Did you check the management-server.log?

SMLog at the hypervisor might help as well.
