[ClusterLabs] GCP and IP address question

Hello All,

I will soon build my first cluster in the cloud and I was wondering if I can 
still use IPAddr2 resource in GCP or I really have to use 
ocf:heartbeat:gcp-vpc-move-route & ocf:heartbeat:gcp-vpc-move-vip ?

I'm still trying to find a guide, so I can understand the idea behind those 
resources.

[ClusterLabs] trigger something at ?

Hi guys.

Is it possible to trigger some... action - I'm thinking 
specifically at shutdown/start.
If not within the cluster then - if you do that - perhaps 
outside.
I would like to create/remove constraints, when cluster 
starts & stops, respectively.
