[libreoffice-users] Saving intermediate drafts of bug reports in Bugzilla
I am currently writing up my recent complaints about the handling of graphics in Calc as an enhancement request bug report. Is there any way I can save a report as a draft without publishing it so that I can work on it in sessions rather than complete it all at once? I know you guys and gals will come through! Re: [libreoffice-users] I have enjoyed LibreOffice Writer very much but here is a problem that I have encountered that I hope you can help me with.
You need to delete the * after _audio.aps or it come up as Page Not Found. That page states that MP3 seems the best audio type for cross-platform [browser] usage. If your audio file is not in that format, there are free audio converters for Windows and should be one of two in Linux [but have not looked for Linux since I have one on my Win7 laptop]. This sample for that page with some other text from that page. Having the audio controls is helpful for those who do not want to listen to the embeded audio. - The HTML audio Element To play an audio file in HTML, use the audio element: Example audio controls source src=horse.ogg type=audio/ogg source src=horse.mp3 type=audio/mpeg Your browser does not support the audio element. /audio HTML Audio - How It Works The controls attribute adds audio controls, like play, pause, and volume. Text between the audio and /audio tags will display in browsers that do not support the audio element. Multiple source elements can link to different audio files. The browser will use the first recognized format. On 12/17/2014 12:20 PM, Paul D. Re: [libreoffice-users] Saving intermediate drafts of bug reports in Bugzilla
Hedley, No way to do it like that. You can open a stub of the report set status to NEEDINFO. And then flesh it out. But it would be visible to any BZ participant as you work on it. And, when finished crafting, set to UNCONFIRMED to alert the QA reviewers who will either set it back to NEEDINFO or if fully described and valid move it along as NEW. [libreoffice-users] Re: Style of unnumbered paragraph in a list
Regina: That works if I use the original numbering format. The problem seems to be when I change the numbering format. I change the Position format on Level 1 to Numbering followed by Space, Aligned at 0.50, and Indent at 0.00. I'm thinking this must force the unnumbered paragraph to align at the margin and not indent. Any ideas? Re: [libreoffice-users] Saving intermediate drafts of bug reports in Bugzilla
Hi :) Post it anyway, then add to it later. I really like Stuart's neat trick of marking it as NeedInfo yourself so that the QA Team don't spend any time on it until after you are ready to change that status. QA has a lot to do so chances are that they probably wouldn't get around to your bug-report anyway but marking it in that way should make sure of that. Also if it's marked as NeedInfo and some other user stumbles across it then they might be able to add useful comments too. Bug reports do not have to be perfect. They work much the same way as email threads in that you can add extra comments and attachments later. Think more like conversation (maybe a little one-sided to start with!) than report. Re: [libreoffice-users] Unsubscribe
And since some people do have difficulties to unsubscribe, consider this: - You have to send the mail *from* the address you used to subscribe, even if you redirect your mail afterward - You have to send the mail *to* users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org, the + part is important. Some (bad) client mangle it, or skip part of the address when you click. In doubt, type it by hand, it's the only way to be sure :) Also note that it his possible to unsubscribe from the list and subscribe to a digest version, that produce less mails and allow oneself to follow some discussions. -- Cley Faye http://cleyfaye.net 2014-12-18 18:24 GMT+01:00 Tom Davies tomc...@gmail.com: Hi :) To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Regards from Tom :) On 18 December 2014 at 16:57, juliejohn scott juliejohn_sc...@yahoo.co.uk wrote: Please unsubscribe me now (if you can) because I have had my question answered and my e-mails are becoming excessive.Happy Christmas,John Scott. -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
