[libreoffice-users] Help for "User-Defined Borders in Cells"

2015-09-09 Thread Graham Luffrum
Having just downloaded LO 5.0.2.1 (32 bit under Linux Mint 17.2) and
looking randomly through the built-in help pages (GB English), I noticed
that the images which should be displayed in the help for "User-Defined
Borders in Cells" are not there. Instead there are images with just the
test "vnd.sun.st" inside.

As I said I only noticed this at random and don't know if it was also the
case in 5.0.1.2. In LO 4.4 the images are displayed correctly.

Who should this be referred to?

Graham

[libreoffice-users] Re: Lost styles and formatting window in Draw

2015-09-09 Thread V Stuart Foote
Beleive the Sidebar is simply opening in its fully colapsed state--the
Show/Hide grips (vertical grey button with triangle) will expose the Sidebar
attached to right edge, either the Tab bar or the full Deck.

Check function of the Show/Hide button.

Otherwise Accelerators, like F11, should expose the collapsed Sidebar
also--but were not. This has been corrected for the 5.0.2 rc1 release that
is now available.

"SIDEBAR: content panels in tray don't open with accelerators when sidebar
is enabled but fully hidden", and duplicates.

[libreoffice-users] Lost styles and formatting window in Draw

2015-09-09 Thread Stephen Harding
On my main desktop computer I have LO version 5.0.1.2 installed. When I
open Draw I cannot get the Styles and Formatting side window on the right of
the screen to open. Using F11 or Formatting, Styles and formatting does not
work. On my laptop I have LO version 5.0.0.5 installed and F11 and
Formatting, Styles and formatting open and close the side window without any
problems.

Has anybody got any suggestions as to how I can get the Styles and
Formatting window to work in LO 5.0.1.2?

Best wishes

That's OK. I can live with that. MS Office users have horrible formatting
habits. In many cases I redo everything anyway using styles. It's a feature
that these changes are not indicated.

Hopefully someone else will respond with an answer for you.

If no one has within a week or so, maybe there is an LO list *in
your primary language* to which you could receive help,

Anne-ology,

thanks for your reply.

Well, I really don't know if this is an bug, but i can repeat it
consistently
in impress.

No I'm not streching an existing line, I use the square tool draw the
square,
clean the fill in and them I try to thikening the line and it crashes.

I mean with arquive, when I open an new clean/blank/fresh impress file,
where
the only object I have draw is the square draw which I create the same way I
described above.
