See at Tools → Autocorrect → Autocorrect options and on the last tab disable the autocompletion. By the way it can be a really useful feature. To use it, you just have to press ENTER to confirm the suggested word or continue typing if that's not what you need. (Or probably you can press ESC too, I can't remember and I'm on the smartphone now). It seems you are using a section to get the endnotes not on a page of its own but following the main text. Is that right? In that case, the line separating the endnote from the rest of the section is the same used by the page style to separate the footnotes from the main text so you need to modify the corresponding page style: on the Footnote tab, set the line style as [None]. Important note: this seems to work only on 5.2+, with 5.1 "none" shows a continuous line too. [libreoffice-users] Remove or hide Endnotes separator line.

Re: [libreoffice-users] Re: Full Path in Title Bar
No self - respecting robot would vote for either a Republican or a Democrat! I agree it would help to have the entire URL appear in the toolbar.. particularly needed is information to determine if url is https ftp ftps or http etc not all servers use W3 standards. . hiding things is the way government works, today your chances of finding a way to talk to a government employee at work is about as likely as your chances of winning the lottery. No, the project intentionally keeps the OS and its Desktop Environment unencumbered--and we let the OS and DE do their thing. On Windows that means we keep the MS Windows Standard Frame and do not change default Windows application frame to show more than program name, and the file name of an open document and the standard Windows frame button widgets. [1][2] I do not expect that we would change from that default here or for other OS/DE. Especially as you can customize a toolbar (Tools -> Customize: Toolbars tab), and show the "Load URL" widget. It is unchecked but available by default on the Standard toolbar--but personally when customizing I would move it to the end of the toolbar. =-refs-= [1] https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/bb688195(v=vs.85).aspx [2] http://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/vcl/win/window/salframe.cxx#5663 -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/Full-Path-in-Title-Bar-tp4201654p4201660.html Sent from the Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
[libreoffice-users] Re: Version 5.2.1.2 Questions
Re: Fudmer's comment ... I've also experienced this partial copy with Ubuntu 16.04.1 and LibreOffice 5.2.3.2, but I would describe it as "SOMETIMES when I paste something copied elsewhere into Writer, I only get the first word." It doesn't always happen, and I hadn't yet decided whether it was a problem with LibreOffice or Ubuntu, since I got updates to both at around the same time. So: I didn't file a bug report; if anyone else experiences something like this, it would be helpful to know. Then maybe it can be pinned down. -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/Version-5-2-1-2-Questions-tp4201476p4201671.html Sent from the Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: users+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
