[libreoffice-users] A new LO message board I just found
http://en.libreofficeforum.org/forum Looks pretty recent, and they are attempting to internationalize it. I just registered there. Does anyone have other LO forums or support sites not mentioned here yet? The Libreoffice.org is registered in Germany and the below WHOIS lookup gives the information of a Domain Privacy Group. So either this group is the owner, or they are a privacy group used to keep the real owner[s] hidden. Registrant Name:c/o libreofficeforum.org Registrant Organization:Domain Privacy Group, Inc. I do like forums more than email lists. For those who have dialup service, it may save time and bandwidth that they may need other places, than download a day or two of the emails from this list. Maybe there should be some people high up in the community that could take a had as a monitor of the forum. There are monitors and other types of personnel that guide and edit forums to help keep down the abuse or keep the threads on track. We have some people doing it here. Maybe the forum should also link the list's archive for more help if there is none available at that time. -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to users+h...@libreoffice.org List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/www/users/ *** All posts to this list are publicly archived for eternity ***

Maybe the forum should also link the list's archive for more help if there is none available at that time. I, among others from different language/countries, help moderate the forums. It has been offered to move to the TDF servers, if they wish. As for those high up in the community if they wish to help I am sure the owner would be glad for them take it on. But it is also like the OOo forums, users helping users. I will see if the list archives can be linked in some way. Personally if I see a message here that will help on the forum I will post the proper link.
