Sorry, but I have no idea what you are talking about. Specifically, the terminology seems abstract. A simple correction is all that is necessary. Edit the report. With it open in the report wizard in edit mode, View Grouping and Sorting. Select TG as the field that is used to group the data in the report. Select how the values of the TG field should be sorted. Move the TG label and field from the Detail section to the newly created TG Heading section.
