I mean, I left it all night and when I came back in the morning, it was still at 100% but not moving. Only way to get rid of it was to kill the MSIEXEC process.
Maybe--or maybe not--related: the English language module does not install, despite being told to do so. As a result, spellcheck doesn't work at all. Are these known issues?
