Hi :) Here is Nabble. You can either click on the links in this email or navigate from the LibreOffice "Get Help" page and get to your thread reasonably easily that way.
Once here start typing a reply and notice the strange buttons at the top of the message window. Click on "More" there to get to the "Upload a file" option at the top of that list. There is another "More" button somewhere in Nable but just don't let it throw you! When you get to the right one it's a lot like uploading an attachment to a normal email.
