The debian-menus package has been moved from the
DEB/desktop-integration subdirectory to the top level directory. You
could install it more easily together with the other packages now.

The README file will be updated in the 1st bugfix release 4.1.1, see

When is the LibO4.1 release package for Debian systems going to get the 
desktop integration directory and files? Similarly, if it isn't going to
