Could you please explain - how do you connect a documents to bibliography database? I can reproduce the problem in another computer. I just unregistered default bibliography database. And after that it is possible to get situation described by me in previous mail. It is possible to register bibliography database back but without functionality of "Tools->Bibliography Database" menu and without possibility to edit database using "Insert->Indexes and tables->Bibliography Entry" menu.
