Hi :) You sound like a more sophisticated user so the dumbed-down bug-reporting system on the official site is probably just aggravating. try the wiki-page for better guidance https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Bug_Report (including how to look-up bugs you might have posted by either route) Regards from Tom :) From: rost52 bugquestcon...@online.de To: users@global.libreoffice.org Sent: Thursday, 27 September 2012, 8:09 Subject: [libreoffice-users] bug reporting problem I tried to report a bug via https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/ Sign in is not possible, page opens directly with 2 Component being black, thus open for selection. Re: [libreoffice-users] bug reporting problem
Thanks for both hints.I used first the bugzilla and found thereafter the bug reporting assitant of LO. This worked fine until today. Now, based on Joel's comment I hope the bug reporting assistant get's back to it's previous functionality. If someone else makes a different experience it would be good to read about. On 2012-09-27 23:57, Tom Davies wrote: Hi :)You sound like a more sophisticated user so the dumbed-down bug-reporting system on the official site is probably just aggravating.try the wiki-page for better guidancehttps://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Bug_Report(including how to look-up bugs you might have posted by either route)Regards fromTom :) From:rost52bugquestcon...@online.deto:users@global.libreoffice.orgSent:Thursday, 27 September 2012, 8:09Subject:[libreoffice-users] bug reporting problem I tried to report a bug viahttps://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/Sign in is not possible, page opens directly with 2 Component being black, thus open for selection.Thereafter all selections and entries can be made without any problem. After clicking Submit the messageIt looks like you didn't come from the right page (you have no valid token for theappears. Re: [libreoffice-users] bug reporting problem
Hi :) Weird. It looks like the mailing list badly mangles Rost's replies whereas they seem to look fine through my Yahoo account. [shrugs] not much i can do about that except be glad (for once) that i am still sticking with Yahoo.
