The 2.4.55 tag was inadvertently modified during the 2.4.59 candidate
processing this morning.

Hello,

One of my pipelines triggered when the github apache httpd tags were
created for 2.4.59-rc1-candidate (the next one on the list after the
previous 2.4.59) and 2.4.55.

I wonder if there was an issue with the 2.4.55 release or if it was
created accidentally?
