nop, let me clearify:
In the SMPP protocol the outbind PDU is used on a bind_transmitter session
to
inform the client that a MO is available for delivery.
This means: the SMPP server informs via the outbind PDU that the client
should
establish a bind_[receiver|transceiver] session, in order that the server is
able to push the deliver_sm or data_sm PDUs to the client.
