OpenSMPP PANIC HELP

I wanted to know if anyone has a solution to this problem:

Even when we restart the opensmpp, we may connect succesfull but once we
try to initialise, it gives the error below and the same error above in the
log:

[160121-124837] call: Connected
[160121-124900] call: Initialization failed. Error: -4
[160121-124900] call: Disconnected. Reason: 0

Has anyone been able to get past this? Please share your story?

I'm not sure exactly what I added as I have since reinstalled.  but here is
my current install location and my PATH:

root@kannelboxx:# which bison
/usr/bin/bison
root@kannelboxx:# env | grep PATH
PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin

what is the working of Kannel . From the time we sent message what happens
inside kannel and what each database and table does?
