I usually get the suggestion to use "--best --allowerasing". I don't know what conditions trigger those different prompts. Using --allowerasing instead of --skip-broken, which is what was recommended, has allowed the upgrade to continue. It seems to me that the documentation should be changed to include --allowerasing by default.
