I agree, but there are USB wifi "dongles" that support HID proxy mode.

Apple has supported bluetooth mouse and KB for years. Some work was needed
to
configure linux to recognize the keyboard and mouse.

Intel Compute Stick can use BT keyboards During POST and in BIOS:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/17249/intel-nuc.html
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/16213/intel-nuc.html

You do need USB keyboard and mouse to pair BT devices with the Stick.

Recent "enterprise" level systems have pretty full network support in
"BIOS" with "Wake on WAN" so updates can be force fed to cubicle farms.
Since BTLE is used by some two-factor authentication schemes (e.g., for
proximity to a portable device), I expect it is inevitable that some form
of BT
will appear on enterprise devices, probably a small BT/HID stack similar to
what
USB dongles provide so they can configure systems so USB is not available.

Agreed. I have an MX series kb and mouse, and that's how they work.

I think the USB unifying receiver makes the mouse and keyboard work
exactly like any wired device. No need for special drivers or
configuring bluetooth. It also means you have the keyboard available
on boot, before drivers are available, if you need to hit F1 or F12 or
DELL to update boot options or access the machine's BIOS/EFI
configuration.

Are you using bluetooth or the dongle?

I suggest updating to a current Fedora version before trying anything more.

There's no need to do that. Just update to 36 first and then go to 38.

You need to provide more details on what your problem is. I've used
various Logitech keyboards and mice with no problems, but not that
specific one.

i am using it should, no?? dusty copy of F34, but that should be enough,
no??

That's really old, I wouldn't count on it.
