Hi Ahmed,
At startup, do you see any errors about nathelper module failing to
connect to rtpproxy ? becuase the module will simply disable and ignore
the rtpptroxy for usage.

you script does not configure any rtpproxy to be used - the
rtpproxy_sock parameter is empty:
modparam(nathelper,rtpproxy_sock,)
You need to set a valid link to a running rtpproxy :
