Using POJO Tests: setUp() and tearDown() methods

2018-09-27 Thread Bruce Alspaugh

I was using Surefire's ability to run POJO tests as described here:

https://maven.apache.org/surefire/maven-surefire-plugin/examples/pojo-test.html

I noticed my setUp() and tearDown() methods were not being called.
However, when I make those methods static they are called. I didn't see
a requirement that the methods have to be static in the documentation.
Is that a bug in the software or the documentation?

2018-09-27 Thread Böhme , Christoph

Hi,

Thank you for the quick response.

That time frame would work well for us.

Kind Regards,

Christoph

plugin...but the next on my TODO list is Maven Enforcer plugin...

I would say about 2-3 Weeks time frame...?

would that help?

Kind regards

I am asking because I'd like to use the recently added feature to specify rules
on the command line in our CI-pipeline. I'd rather avoid having to create a
custom in-house release of the enforcer-plugin just to have a stable version.

Thank you

New release of the maven-enforcer-plugin?

2018-09-27 Thread Böhme , Christoph
Hi all,

Are there any plans of building another milestone release of the
maven-enforcer-plugin in the near future?
I am asking because I'd like to use the recently added feature to specify rules
on the command line in our CI-pipeline. I'd rather avoid having to create a
custom in-house release of the enforcer-plugin just to have a stable version.

Thank you

Kind regards
Christoph
