I think it goes wrong on this line: Installing C:\Documents and Settings\E18538\workspace\myco-productplus-web\~\Downloads\selenium-server-standalone-2.0b3.jar It doesn't seem to be able to resolve the '~' on your system. Could you try to give it a relative path or an absolute path which is not dependend on your '~' shortcut?
