Well, according to the documentation URL to invoke when a delivery report for this message is received. So this means that when Mbuni receives a delivery report, it will call the URL you supplied with this CGI param, in the send-mms call. Further, the documentation states: Mbuni VAS Gateway utilises a number of HTTP extension headers to pass additional MM information to and receive information from the MMS Service.. So you see, when the URL is called, information will be passed to it, which tells you a little more about the DLR. Of course you can also pass a unique URL to send-mms so you don't need the return info. Or at least you only have to look for status information. P.
