Kann ich dann einzelne Felder bestimmen wo 0 stehen soll?
Kann das natürlich auch in dem Feld direkt einstellen als Format z.B.

Please tell us which dictionary are you using and if it shows the
checkup symbol on it.
Languages that dont have this 'checkup' means that it cant find a
dictionary for that language.

The build that was suggested might fix this downloads OK but the file is

When will a release be available to fix this?

Click on Tools/Options/Language Settings/Writing Aids and look for the
dictionaries you have downloaded. Check the box beside the ones you want to
use. Then open the file you are working with and when a word is red
underlined, right click on it and select ADD. You will see all the
dictionaries you have selected.

Are you talking about the DMG file mentioned on

strange, search How to Install Software from DMG Files on a Mac and
you'll find several tutorials, for example

And the suggestion on
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=124191#c21 is the
simplest, just copy that library in the current installation replacing
the old library (this is what Jim did, as he commented on a private

OpenOffice 4.1.0

2014-06-06 Thread Timothy M Sullivan
To whom it may concern,

Recently upgraded to OpenOffice 4.1.0 but I've encountered a problem with the
left scroll function. It appears that the input buffer is not able to keep up
with mouse input. The program begins bouncing left and right oscillating back
and forth but eventually the program becomes confused and translates the left
scroll commands for right scroll commands shifting the display right.

OS X 10.9.3

Thanks in advance,

Re: Open Office 4.1 horizontal scrolling on MacBook Pro

2014-06-06 Thread Mike

Thanks, Brian. It worked.

I downloaded http://people.apache.org/~hdu/AOO_trunk_i124191.dmg twice
yesterday and on both occasions the file name was reported as
unrecognisable with the name AOO_trunk_i124191.d and there was nothing
I found that would correct it. I have not in the past decade ever had a
file type truncated like that. Another mystery!

But the download this morning was troublefree - and the irritating bug
is fixed.

Thank you very much for your help and patience.

Mike

Thank you Ariel. You were correct in the bug details you pointed me to,
and it was the build mentioned in the associated comments that I tried
unsuccessfully. See my email this morning to Brian Barker copied to
this list.

All's now well. I will probably never know why what worked fine today
wouldn't work yesterday. A June bug?
