Open Office 4.3.1

2017-06-11 Thread Brigitte Rose
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren.

Habe Open Office 4.3.1 heruntergeladen und mich über die Vielzahl der Farben,
die dieses Programm aufweist, sehr gefreut.
Zur Zeit arbeite ich mit Apache Open Office 3 (Tabellendokument) und habe keine
Probleme, wenn ich meine Listen in verschiedenen Farben fett schreibe.
Mit Open Office 4.3.1 ist dies leider nicht mit allen Schriften (z. B. Schrift
Zapfino, Schrift Baskerville Old Face etc., also genau meine
Lieblingsschriften, mit denen ich schon unzählige Tabellen beschrieben habe)
möglich. Diese Schriften werden bei der Wahl fett schwarz, ohne die Wahl fett
bleiben sie farbig.
Ich muss meine Listen aber farbig und fett schreiben und wenn dies mit Open
Office 4.3.1 nicht möglich ist, kann ich dieses Programm, so gerne ich auch
möchte, bedauerlicherweise nicht verwenden
Nun meine Frage an Sie.
Gibt es eine Einstellmöglichkeit, damit alle Schriften (nicht nur einige) fett
und farbig geschrieben werden können?
Bitte um Stellungnahme und vielen Dank.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

Brigitte Rose

Hi!

It was hard to find the right way to contact your company about OpenOffice, but
hopefully this is correct. Unfortunately, it is impossible to use OpenOffice on
a high resolution screen, also called 4k screen. It is a pity, since it is such
a good suite which I used to use at a regular basis with my old computer. Now
everything is blurry and nothing I try to do about it seem to work. Can barely
read the text. And changing the resolution on my screen only messes everything
else up, so I just wonder if it is possible to upgrade the software so it
doesn’t exclude people with these screens (still windows), or if there is any
setting inside the software that I need to change?

Thanks in advance!
Annie

das geht für Writer ganz einfach:

Extras > Einstellungen > OpenOffice Writer > Grundschriften(westlich).

Ich möchte gerne die Größe 14 d a u e r h a f t einstellen.
Leider sind alle Anleitungen bei YouTube und Co dazu nicht geeignet, da
diese nur temporär ändern, nicht dauerhaft.

Können Sie mir helfen?

Wäre Ihnen sehr dankbar, wenn Sie mir helfen könnten.

Several grammar, punctuation, and style checkers are available for
Apache OpenOffice.

Download and install the appropriate extensions.

I'll also mention that for more comprehensive grammar or spell checking,
you'll need to install supplementary rule sets for those tools. These
rule sets are available from the home site of the specific extension.

Likewise, several spelling checkers and thesauri are available for
Apache OpenOffice. You can find them at
https://extensions.openoffice.org/ and
https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions.

https://templates.openoffice.org/ or LibreOffice's set of templates.

If you have configured AOo to Canadian English, and installed a Canadian
English dictionary, when you use American English, the words are flagged
when incorrectly spelled for Canadian English.

As far as Canadian English Grammar Checking, and American English
Grammar Checking goes, that is a function of the grammar checker that
you installed.

I take it that reading the user manual, completely, utterly, and
absolutely overwhelmed you, on the basis that it describes a plethora of
options and functions, including all of those that you requested here.
