Thanks folks guess I'm the dumb  but honestly for some smart ass people I 
wouldn't ask that question had it been below. Trust me before I asked I looked 
but obviously we all aren't a higher level than some folks. I'm attempting to 
do it now. However with the instructions from our dear dumb I would never been 
able. Thanks to the others.

folks….i have tried to download a copy of open office for my mac, but it does 
not work, does this not work with apple? frustrated any suggestions.

tone, i will let you know when i called microsoft they tried to sell me their 
program at first, but after i said i did not want to pay that they tried to 
sell me open office, but i knew i could get it on line.  as you may have noted 
i have had this notice that my macbook air could not fully open this program, i 
will wait until i receive further advise or my son will  solve it for me.  
remember i am rather ancient to know the answers towhees questions.  talk soon
