Hi all, I have an ovirt4.3.10.4 environment of 2 hosts. Normal vms in this environment could be migrated, but the hosted engine vm could not be migrated. Anyone can help? [ovirt-users] migration failed
Hi all,
I have an ovirt4.2 environment of 3 hosts. Now all vms in this
environment could not be migrated. But all the vms could be started on all 3

Hi all, I am testing vGPU in ovirt4.2. I have a nvidia p100 GPU installed in the host and I have installed the correct dirver. In the "Host Devices tab" I got an device called "GP100GL [Tesla P100 PCIe 16GB]". I could not find any device of "mdev type". Anyone can help me? Hi all, I want to write a hook in which name or id of the vm can be acquired and the hook should be executed before the vm shutdown. I could acquire name or id of the vm in a before_vm_start hook using "hooking.read_domxml()". However, it did not work in a before_vm_destroy hook. So what should I do? This is fine, for AD we are using UPN as username (in your case
't...@test.org') and we concatenate this with authz extension name (in your
case '@test.org').
Is it possible that engine send wrong user name to the guest agent?
Could you please share engine.log from, after you try to login to VM Portal and
open console to the VM to investigate?

If you want user to be automatically logged in into a VM, then you need to setup SSO using aaa-ldap extension for AD (please don't forget to answer Yes for question about SSO for VMs in setup tool). Andf of course in a VM you need to have installed and enabled guest agent. Once user logs into VM Portal and clicks on a VM, then he should be automatically logged into it. 2. If you setup kerberos for engine SSO, then you don't need to enter password to loging into VM Portal, but in such case we cannot pass a password into a VM and user are not automatically logged in. [ovirt-users] web 404 after reinstall ovirt-engine
Hi, all I installed ovirt-engine 4.1.8.2 for the second time and I got "successful" after I excuted "engine-setup". But I got "404" when I tried to access webadmin portal using "https://FQDN/ovirt-engine;. By the way, I could access the web after I installed ovirt-engine for the first time. Then I excuted "engine-cleanup" and "yum remove ovirt-engine" and installed ovirt-engine for the second time. I also tried to remove ovirt-engine-dwh and postgresql but after I reinstalled ovirt-engine I still got "404". Can I fix this problem? Hope some can help, thanks!
