You should execute "win-guest-agent-build-exe.bat" in order to build the 
executable.


You'll need to have the following packages installed:

Python 2.6.6
pywin32-216
py2exec-0.6.9

I don't know if the agent's installer is available.

The RHEL support in the spec file was removed for the Fedora's review 
process.


There is an official build for RHEL but I don't know if it is available 
in a public repo yet. The package is called rhevm-guest-agent.
