To be honest, I have no clue. In theory, you can install all components (sanlock, vdsm, ovirt-ha-agent/broker) and copy their configs from another setup and then try to load the old HE disk. I think there is not hosted-engine configuration on the node, but I have backup of hosted-engine config files from node only, not a real hosted-engine backup, I also have access to the engine gluster vol it ran on. If you have the engine volume content's intact, you can 'tune' ovirt-ha-broker/ovirt-ha-agent to start the HE in that specific Gluster TSP/volume. Yet, It's far simpler and reliable to just restore from backup.
