 I have just tested booting a Win10 (originally using Virtio-SCSI) with disk 
set to IDE . It boots slowly, but at least will allow you to install the virtio 
scsi driver.

I tryed importing with ovirt Tools setup but I get "ISO Image path not valid". 
I uploded the iso into the disk section.
