I'm determined to make life difficult for myself by dumping a working Stream system in favour of a Rocky based system which I have a different deployment issue with! I think that a new attempt should be done as a lot of async updates were pushed and they fix a lot of problems. This looks like the postgresql-jdbc issue to me. Did you manage to virsh
console onto the engine (and wait for the dnf packages update to finish)
then "dnf downgrade postgresql-jdbc"?
