Hi Didi, Thanks for the welcome! I had some issues, but @dougsland hit the spot just by providing a checklist. I was creating a Data/Storage/FCP and my naive feelings that the double Hitachi/NetApp would provide me with a clear LUN went down the toilet! In the process of fighting the documentation, @dougsland provided me with a checklist, including the item there's something in the LUN?. That followed the recommended dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/mapper/my_lun ... and everything resumed to move! Note for improvement in the DOCs: straight checklists!
